Ewedu soup is prepared with ewedu leaf and enjoyed by the Yoruba tribe in the western part of Nigeria.
INGREDIENTS
Ewedu leaves,local broom ,locust beans,salt,water,potash(optional),1magi cube ,stew.
Method
*Wash the ewedu leaves thoroughly with water
*place a pot on heat with water add ewedu leaves in the pot on the heat and boil for 20mins,add the locust bean and potash to make it soft,after that touch it and feel it softness.
*when it is soft use the local broom to mash it very well (clean broom),then put your salt and magi cube as well.
*leave it to cook for 10mins ,serve with amala and stew.
