YOU CAN,DESTROY "STRESS"

 
   Stress has been a silent killer for too long, like a virus eating deep into the maron of the bones leaving his prey ihelplessly in a long run.
  How can we kill stress?,is an individual task that must be done willingly. Despite in the face of challenges, as in the circular world .
 
   We all know the important of relaxation, but where time is a great consequences. As earlier mention it is an individual responsibility. Imagine you in office taking a moment to close your eyes and feel lost in the world for just a moment with smiling face.then open your eyes and glare at a distance taking a deep breath.

   Music is one stress killer factors that must be fully be in place as a lifestyle.

   I remembered  ,the word of a Duke said "if music be the food of love play on ,give me excess of it,that suffering appetite may sink and died.

   What a great relieved ,we must acknowledge the importance of love and exercise breed happiness and joy.

   No drug or supplement can withstand the remedies of these factors:exercise,love,music,eyes close with smiling face ,taking deep breath, glaring through a distance for a moment or few seconds.

   Glaring help the eyes muscles alot, glaring toward the sky or far distance for some seconds.
    With all these or few of these factors,stress will definitely lost its sting.
